What Zeno is
Cyprus is one of the most attractive jurisdictions in Europe for company formation, tax relocation and holding-company structuring — especially after the 2026 tax reform. But the buying experience for an international founder, family or HNWI moving in has been stuck in the past: opaque hourly billing, three different professional firms for one transaction (lawyer, accountant, immigration agent), email chains across timezones, no consolidated quote.
Zeno fixes that. We productised the three things almost every relocating business needs — company formation, tax relocation (residency + non-dom), and ongoing accounting & audit — into fixed-fee engagements with written scopes of work. Behind the scenes independent Cyprus Bar–licensed advocates and independent ICPAC-licensed accountants and statutory auditors do the regulated work; Zeno coordinates everything and is your only point of contact.
What Zeno is not. Zeno is not itself a Cyprus Bar–registered law firm. When you sign a Zeno engagement that includes regulated legal advice, independent Cyprus Bar-licensed advocates co-signs the engagement letter and the privileged communications run through them. That is how the model stays compliant with Cyprus Bar rules while still giving you a single counterpart, a single quote and a single calendar.

How the engagement works
We treat every engagement as a single project, not three separate ones glued together. Strategy, legal, tax, immigration, banking and accounting all run from one shared file.
One dedicated Zeno contact for company, tax, residency and audit. No forwarding emails between three different firms across timezones.
Your company structure, tax residency, and bookkeeping are designed together — not retrofitted by three providers with conflicting advice.
Every engagement starts with a written scope of work and a fixed fee, both delivered within 24 hours of the first call. No hourly billing, no surprise disbursements.
Legal advice is delivered by independent Cyprus Bar-licensed advocates; statutory audit by independent ICPAC-licensed accountants and statutory auditors. You sign one engagement; the partners co-sign where their licensing requires it.
Filing deadlines, VAT returns, annual audits, immigration renewals, UBO updates — all tracked centrally. Your compliance calendar is our responsibility, not yours.
We work in English by default and also in Greek, German, Spanish, Russian, Polish, Dutch and Arabic. Onboarding is fully remote where the law allows it.
About the name
Zeno of Citium (c. 334–262 BC) was born in Cyprus and went on to found Stoicism: the pursuit of clarity, purpose and deliberate action, and the idea that good outcomes come from disciplined, repeatable practice rather than improvisation. That is how we approach the three things we do for every client.
Book a free 30-minute call. We’ll listen to your situation, tell you what’s realistic, and send you a written scope of work with a fixed fee within 24 hours. No obligation, no follow-up loops.
