Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
1. The entity you are dealing with
Zeno and zenolegal.com (“Zeno”, “we”, “us”) are a Cyprus-based digital business services brand. Zeno is not itself a Cyprus Bar-registered law firm: legal services are delivered by independent Cyprus Bar-licensed law firm; statutory audit and accounting services are delivered by independent ICPAC-licensed accountants and statutory auditors. Zeno is the contracting party that coordinates the work and is your single point of contact. Engagement letters and invoices are issued in the name of Zeno; engagements involving regulated legal advice are co-signed by independent Cyprus Bar-licensed advocates where required.
Registered office: Lesvou 11B, 8021 Paphos, Cyprus.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using zenolegal.com you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
3. Services & scope of information
The content on zenolegal.com describes the Cyprus company, relocation, immigration, accounting and audit services offered by the Firm. It is written to help you understand the Cyprus regulatory environment; it is not legal, tax, immigration or financial advice, and no solicitor-client relationship is created by reading the site, using the calculators, or submitting a contact form.
4. Published prices
Prices on the site are in Euros (EUR) and exclude VAT (19%), government fees, residence-permit fees, courier costs, and any third-party disbursements unless expressly stated otherwise. Published fees are the starting point; a written fee proposal tailored to your specific facts is issued before any work begins and supersedes any figure shown on the site.
5. When a professional engagement begins
A professional engagement with the Firm only begins once both parties have signed an engagement letter and our know-your-client / anti-money-laundering checks are complete. Until then you are not our client and no advice we have given is binding.
6. Professional indemnity & limitation of liability
The independent Cyprus Bar-licensed advocates and ICPAC-licensed auditors we coordinate with each carry the professional indemnity insurance required by their respective regulators. Any liability accepted toward you as a client is governed by the engagement letter and by the relevant Cyprus professional rules. For visitors to this website who are not clients, we exclude all liability for loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, the site’s content to the fullest extent permitted by Cyprus law. The calculators and checkers provided on the site produce estimates only and must not be relied on without personalised written advice.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, guides, calculators, graphics, logos, page design — belongs to Zeno or to its licensors. You may read, print and share pages for your own non-commercial reference and may link to any page. You may not otherwise copy, redistribute, republish, translate, or build derivative works from the site without our written permission.
8. Advertising-rule compliance
Where this site references legal services delivered by our independent Cyprus Bar-licensed advocates, the independent licensed professionals publishes in compliance with the advertising rules of the Cyprus Bar Association. We do not promise specific outcomes; testimonials reflect the clients’ own experience; any figure cited for tax savings or timelines is presented as an estimate, not a guarantee. The Cyprus Bar Association can be contacted at cyprusbarassociation.org.
9. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Cyprus law. Any dispute arising from them will be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of the Republic of Cyprus. This does not remove any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the law of the EU Member State in which you reside.
10. Severability & entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force. Together with our Privacy Policy, these Terms form the entire agreement between you and the Firm concerning your use of zenolegal.com.
11. Force majeure
Neither party will be in breach of these Terms, or of an engagement letter issued under them, for failure or delay caused by events outside that party’s reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, civil unrest, government action, strikes, internet outages, or cyber-attacks.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the law, our services, or our site. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. Material changes are effective from the date they are posted.
