Memberships, credentials & regulatory disclosures

How regulated work gets done at Zeno

Zeno is a Cyprus-based digital business services brand — not itself a Cyprus Bar–registered law firm. Regulated legal work is delivered by independent Cyprus Bar–licensed advocates we coordinate with; statutory audit and accounting by independent ICPAC–licensed accountants and auditors. You sign one engagement; the licensed professionals co-sign where their regulators require it.

Regulators behind every Zeno engagement

The bodies below regulate the independent licensed professionals we coordinate with. We disclose them so clients can verify credentials directly.

Regulator

Cyprus Bar Association

Regulates the independent Cyprus Bar-licensed advocates we coordinate with on every regulated legal matter.

Engagement letters for legal advice are co-signed by the advocate firm where required.

Regulator

ICPAC (Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus)

Regulates the independent ICPAC-licensed accountants and statutory auditors we coordinate with on accounting, statutory audit, VAT and payroll matters.

Statutory audit opinions are signed by the ICPAC-licensed audit firm; Zeno coordinates timelines and documentation.

Regulator

Cyprus Tax Department

Issues advance tax rulings, VAT and corporate tax returns, defensive WHT certifications.

All Zeno-coordinated tax filings flow through this authority.

Regulator

Cyprus Civil Registry and Migration Department

Yellow slips, pink slips, PR Cat 6.2, citizenship by naturalisation, work permits.

Zeno coordinates the application file and tracks decisions for relocating clients.

Memberships Zeno is pursuing

As a relatively new advisory brand we are working toward organisation-level membership of the bodies below. We list them transparently so clients see what credibility we are stacking, not just what we already have.

STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners)

Global gold standard for HNWI trust & estate practice; signal to private clients structuring wealth, succession and Cyprus International Trusts.

Application planned 2026

IFA (International Fiscal Association)

Global tax-law community; signal to corporate clients on cross-border tax structuring, ATAD/Pillar Two/transfer pricing matters.

Application planned 2026

IBA (International Bar Association) — corporate member route

Cross-border legal coordination credibility; pairs with our independent Cyprus Bar-licensed advocates.

Under evaluation

This page is updated as memberships are granted — we never claim a credential we have not earned.
